I've been obsessing on recording personal data. Just picked up a Garmin 405 for the runs I've been doing.
3 runs in - I love it!
instead of the Timex 3 part system, all of the smarts are in the watch. And then I walk into my house -- the runs are automatically downloaded to my computer for uploading to the web.
Then, somewhat on a whim, I got a FitBit to track the number of steps I take. Partially to see how insane our Disney vacation is going to be next week as well. But just so curious.
I don't even know how many steps that one should take in a day and if I'll even come close, especially on the days that I don't go to the City.
